In this third episode, Siri picks up the pace with an even more intense session.

Siri gets things off to a strong start with one of her favorite exercises, frog pumps. Next, Siri moves on to a front raise to warm up the shoulders before taking you through some hip bridges and lateral step-ups.

Keeping your energy level up, Siri demonstrates some Bulgarian split squats, ab wheel exercises, forearm planks, and goblet squats before capping the session off with the half Turkish get up.

Now that you’ve made it to the end of the workout, Siri gets ready to lead you through a very special cool down…but things are only going to get HOTTER from here!
